Hardware IT Support at Victoria Water Services Limited

Responsibilities

• Maintain office hardware like Computers, Printer, Scanner, Etc.
• Manage system access. It includes Office Biometric Device.
• Procure new hardware and software.
• Adequate Monitoring and periodic evaluation of the company’s Local Area (LAN) and Wide Area Network
  (WAN) performance to ensure the reliability and security of data, network access and connectivity.
• Keep proper documentation of all activities.
• Collaboration with other Units/Staff.
• Any other task that may be assigned to you within your scope of specialization.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science/Engineering or allied discipline. Candidates with strong Vocational Skills will be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with relevant professional training and certifications.
• Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration, maintenance & troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers,
  and scanners.
• Superb analytical skills with the ability to impact knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
