Job Description

• We are seeking friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Guest Experience Officers to join our team! As a Guest Experience Officer, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their stay with us is exceptional and memorable.
• Your enthusiasm, empathy, and problem-solving skills will help us exceed our guests' expectations and build loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure
• Check guests in and out, handle room assignments and key cards
• Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance
• Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
• Follow safety and security protocols
• Document guest interactions and feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences and other related field
• Candidate must reside in Abuja preferably around Utako
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in the hospitality sector
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software
