Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Growth Associate with over 2 years of experience—preferably with a background in the loan or financial services industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute innovative growth strategies, analyze market trends, and optimize digital campaigns to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution:

• Develop, implement, and optimize growth initiatives to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
• Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to capitalize on them.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth initiatives.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media).
• Track campaign performance and optimize tactics to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Qualifications
