We're looking for a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to drive Doroki's user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You'll focus on business management for medium to large businesses, developing and executing marketing strategies that boost growth and revenue. In this role, you'll need to understand medium-large business needs deeply, create targeted campaigns, and use data-driven strategies to expand the business network and market presence.

Qualifications
Experience: 5-7 years in growth marketing or related fields, preferably in merchant services or fintech. Product-led growth experience is a plus
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing automation platforms.
Creative Problem-Solving: Proven ability to develop innovative marketing solutions for customer engagement.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
