About the Role:

• As a Growth Marketer at Vetsark, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies.
• You will focus on acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and fostering strong relationships within the agriculture community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies: Create and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with Vetsark's overall business objectives.
• Customer acquisition: Utilize various marketing channels, such as digital advertising, content marketing, social media, and public relations, to attract new fish and poultry farmers to the platform.
• Customer retention: Develop and execute strategies to retain existing customers and increase their engagement with Vetsark's services.
• Data-driven marketing: Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities, measure performance, and optimize strategies. Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
• Partnerships and collaborations: Build relationships with industry stakeholders, including agricultural organizations, cooperatives, and government agencies, to expand Vetsark's reach and influence.
• Brand awareness: Develop and implement brand-building initiatives to enhance Vetsark's visibility and reputation within the agriculture industry.
• Conduct Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform growth strategies.
• Manage Growth Initiatives: Oversee the implementation of growth initiatives, including product launches, market expansion, and customer acquisition campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role within the agriculture or technology industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
