Growth Marketer at BorderlessHR

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion.
• Analyze and optimize performance metrics, such as conversion rates, user engagement, and customer lifetime value, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the customer intelligence and product teams space.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, influencer marketing and paid advertising, to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with product roadmap and business goals.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in anyfield.
• Strong problem solving and creative abilities.
• Strong data and analytical abilities.
• Experience with marketing at a startup is a plus.
• Experience with digital marketing and tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
