    Growth Manager – B2C

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.
    • Manage and optimize the B2C sales funnel.
    • Track and improve conversion rates across the sales process.
    • Monitor sales performance and key growth metrics.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

    What We Expect

    • Minimum of 3 years in target-driven sales.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management skills.
    • Experience closing deals and managing customer relationships.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
    • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales performance.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
    • Prior experience in Insurance, Banking, SaaS, or EdTech sales is required.
