Growth Lead- Patient Subscriber Networks at Ritemed

About the Role:

The Growth Lead - Patient Networks will acquire new patient subscribers to the Sare Network. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can design and implement effective campaigns and strategies to showcase the value of working with Sare Health over directly engaging with hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Acquisition Strategy:

•    Develop and execute strategic plans to attract new patient subscribers.
•    Identify potential patient segments and create targeted campaigns to engage them.

Campaign Design and Implementation:

•    Design compelling marketing campaigns to highlight the benefits of Sare Health.
•    Utilize various channels to reach potential patients, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.

Value Proposition Communication:

•    Clearly communicate the advantages of using Sare Health services instead of directly dealing with hospitals.
•    Ensure that all patient interactions emphasize the unique value and convenience of Sare Health.

Documentation and Relationship Management:

•    Prepare all necessary documentation to establish and maintain patient relationships.
•    Manage ongoing relationships with patients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

•    Monitor the effectiveness of patient acquisition strategies and campaigns.
•    Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in patient acquisition, marketing, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of patient needs and healthcare services.
