    Growth & Insights Lead

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • BSc in Business Admin, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Management, Social Sciences or related field.
    • 3-6 years experience in Growth, Strategy, Biz Ops, Data Analytics, Fundraising or Nonprofit Management.
    • Proven experience building dashboards, reports & databases from scratch (0 to 1).
    • Advanced Excel/Sheets, Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio is a major advantage + CRM knowledge.
    • Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, communication & project management skills. Proactive, discreet & passionate about impact.
