    Growth Hacker

    Job Summary

    • We are currently hiring a Growth Hacker who will be responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns that will drive the adoption, engagement and monetization of the digital product or service. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with the marketing, sales teams, product management, technology teams to conceptualize, and launch features and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic and revenues for the digital channels.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Defining metrics / KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on.
    • Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs.
    • Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels
    • Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenues growth
    • Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
    • Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
    • Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.)
    • Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels
    • Working closely across teams to share ideas, feedback & present results
    • Driving traffic to company website, landing pages, social media, and apps
    • Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks to the business.
    • Working in a lean startup process.
    • Building a Growth Funnel using the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral Revenue)
    • Prioritizing growth channels.
    • Optimizing channels in order to always improve the performance of Yudimy's businesses.
    • Scaling and Automating the growth processes.
    • Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth.

    Key Requirements

    • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
    • 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas.
    • Highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth.
    • Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
    • Experience with growth hacking tools such as Optimizely for A/B Testing, MailChimp for email marketing campaigns, HubSpot for CRM, sales and marketing purposes, Zapier to automate workflows
