Job Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relevant social media accounts and email campaigns.
• Develop innovative and creative content across media platforms.
• Keep track of social media trends and competition.
• Deliver monthly reports with statistics, results for feedback tools and analytics of all our social media accounts and Google Ads.
• Development & management of the social media, website and blog page content ensuring that it aligns with the brand objectives and guidelines.
• Writing clear, persuasive, original, highly creative and imaginative copy.
• Manage and respond to complaints from initial post to resolution.
• Increase traffic on all digital platforms.
• Online reputation management
• Online and offline community engagements.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• A solid grounding in social media marketing, email marketing and content creation
• Experience with analytics
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media and digital marketing
• Good understanding of communities and analysis of behaviour
• Ability to analyse data by providing insights
• Creative thinking
• Graphic design abilities would be a plus
