Role Overview:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Strategist to lead the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies that drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and implementing data-driven solutions to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to boost clients’ engagement and retention.

• Use data analysis and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing and other performance assessments to refine marketing and sales tactics.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of growth initiatives, ensuring they meet KPIs and deliver results.
• Create and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting growth progress and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, or related fields.
• A bachelor’s degree in the related field.
