    Growth Associate

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive on-field sales and meet daily/monthly targets
    • Conduct B2B marketing and close new customers
    • Provide company information and support onboarding
    • Maintain daily sales records and reports
    • Represent the Company brand professionally

    Requirements

    • SSCE/OND/NCE minimum; HND/BSc is a plus
    • Experience in recycle/waste material sales is an advantage
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Target-driven, confident, and able to work independently
    • Existing recycle/waste vendors is a plus
    • MUST Be living in the areas mentioned and have an android phone
