Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize content marketing strategies to support growth initiatives.
• Create engaging, high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Stay in tune with industry trends, online trends, and emerging technologies to create relevant and compelling content.
• Collaborate with the Growth Team to develop data-driven marketing campaigns and content calendars.
• Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools (like GoHighLevel, Zoho, HubSpot, and others) to manage campaigns and track performance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform content strategies.
• Monitor content performance and report on KPIs and metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
• Continuously explore new content formats and channels to increase reach and engagement.
• Engage with the community and respond to comments and feedback to foster relationships and brand loyalty.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven experience with marketing tools and platforms (such as GoHighLevel, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique content ideas and adapt to fast-changing trends.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and social media trends.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proximity to Yaba, Lagos is preferred for easy access to hybrid work arrangements.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and creativity.
