    Growth Associate

    Responsibilities

    • Engage passersby in key public locations
    • Promote Club Concierge memberships confidently
    • Qualify prospects and capture accurate contact details
    • Support events and on-site activations
    • Achieve daily/weekly lead targets

    Qualification/Experience/Skills

    • High School Education minimum; Diploma in Sales or Marketing preferred
    • 1+ years’ experience in promotion, sales, hospitality, or event marketing
    • Fluent in English; Swahili and additional languages an advantage
    • Charisma, confidence, and resilience
    • Public engagement and persuasive communication
    • Target-driven with high energy
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
