Job Summary
- We're looking for a seasoned Group Managing Director to oversee our client's overall operations, ensure financial health, and drive innovation.
- Lead the executive team, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and represent the group at industry events
Responsibilities
- Implement strategic plans to achieve short and long-term objectives
- Lead financial performance and operations
- Develop relationships with government agencies, clients, partners, and regulators
- Drive innovation and compliance with Nigerian laws and industry standards
- Represent the group at industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with 10+ years in executive leadership
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian oil and gas regulatory environment
- Proven track record in leading large-scale operations and driving business growth.
