Group Head, Retail Banking

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 10 - 12 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Banking
Requirements
- 10—12 years' experience in retail banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record driving customer acquisition, retention, and digital retail growth
- Strong understanding of consumer financial services, credit analysis, and retail risk management
- Experience with digital banking platforms and fintech solutions
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Business Administration or Economics (MBA an advantage)
