As the Group Head, Information & Technology, you will be responsible for leading the group-wide technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital innovation agenda across multiple subsidiaries. The role ensures secure, scalable, and compliant technology platforms that support transaction processing, digital products, and long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a unified group-wide technology roadmap aligned with business and regulatory requirements
Oversee technology operations across subsidiaries, including platforms, infrastructure, integrations, and service delivery standards
Lead cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance across all technology environments
Drive digital innovation, product development, and technology-driven process improvements across the group
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in software engineering or senior technology leadership within financial services, fintech, banking, or payments
Strong expertise in scalable systems, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory technology environments
Proven leadership experience managing large, distributed technology teams and complex platforms
