Our client in the Manufacturing sector is looking for an Administrative Specialist to join their growing team. In this role, you will organize and oversee all administrative and clerical functions to ensure our operations run as efficiently as possible. This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Specialist located in Lagos. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for Hotel bookings and performing various administrative tasks including data entry, maintaining records, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings. The role also involves handling all government regulatory agencies such as:

• Company's registration with CAC and government statutory agencies 
• Represent companies in Abuja and other states on company affairs in respect of immigration, CEPAC, expatriates quotas, and other matters
• Statutory compliance with NSITF, PENCom, ITF
• Handle other companies sensitive matters with ministries, agencies and government departments
