Group Business Performance Management System Lead (GMPS)

Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an experienced Group BPMS Lead to drive business performance management, strategy execution, governance, KPI management, and executive reporting across its operating companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategy execution across the Group.
- Develop and manage KPI frameworks and performance scorecards.
- Coordinate executive performance reviews.
- Prepare executive dashboards and business performance reports.
- Lead cross-functional performance governance and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7–10 years' experience in Strategy, Corporate Planning, Business Performance, Operational Excellence, or Transformation.
- Strong experience working with executive leadership.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or similar reporting tools.
