Group Business Development Head at Jake Riley Limited

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 10 years experience in business development or sales in B2B environment
• Significant experience in Oil gas, engineering, or professional services
• Track record of Winning major contracts ('NIOOM value)
• Strong notwork among IOCs, indigenous E&Ps, and government agencies
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience managing BD teams across multiple locations
• Bachelor's degree required; MEA preferred
• Understanding of tender/bid processes in Nigerian Oil & gas
• Strong commercial acumen and Contract understanding

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and manage qualified pipeline across all business units
• Identify. qualify. and pursue major contract opportunities
• Lead proposal development and bid management for significant opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers
• Represent the group at industry events and client meetings
• Coordinate BD activities with practice/business unit heads
• Manage BD team including regional BD Executives and Tender Specialist
• Track market intelligence and competitor activities
• Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with business units
• Ensure CRM/pipeline management discipline
• Report on BD performance and forecasts to MD
