Role Description

• The Grill Cook at FoodCourt will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, and delivering excellent food services in line with FoodCourt's standards.
• his is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos, where you will collaborate with a passionate team to provide exceptional food experiences for our customers.
• Your responsibilities will also include adhering to food safety protocols and contributing to maintaining a positive kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques, including grilling methods and maintaining consistency in meal quality.
• Strong skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage, with attention to detail in presentation and portioning.
• Experience in Customer Service to ensure high customer satisfaction through meal preparation and service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment, time management skills, and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Prior experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety, handling, and sanitation practices is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or certification is a plus.
