Job Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality grilled dishes, maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation, and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grilled meats, vegetables, and other menu items to perfection.
• Maintain grill stations, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Develop new recipes and menu ideas.

Requirements

• Culinary training or experience in grilling.
• 3+ years of experience as a Grill Chef or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
