Job Summary

We seek to hire a Graphic Designer experienced in social media design. Create engaging content for various platforms, collaborate with the marketing team, and stay updated on design trends. Strong portfolio, proficiency in design software, and knowledge of social media platforms required. Exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Knowledge in any of the following will also be added advantage - Motion Graphics, Video Editing and 3D Animations

Responsibilities

• Develop and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design and produce eye-catching and on-brand visual content, including static images, animated GIFs, videos, infographics, and other multimedia
• Stay updated on the latest media design trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and current.
• Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop design concepts that effectively communicate marketing messages.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously enhance your design skills and contribute to the team's growth.
• Creating not less than 10 creative social media designs daily

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of  Diploma in any related field
• Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in social media design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Knowledge of current design trends, colour theory, typography, and composition principles.
• Ability to create visually engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
