• Wisdom Kwati Smart City is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating captivating visual content that reflects the brand’s image and effectively communicates the company’s marketing goals within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, brochures, flyers, signage, billboards, and other promotional materials.
• Design and maintain brand assets, including logos, templates, and brand style guides.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce impactful visuals that drive awareness and sales.
• Create and edit graphics, layouts, and visual content for websites and digital platforms.
• Produce content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Edit and enhance images and videos for use in promotional content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in design and real estate marketing.

Requirements
Education and Qualifications

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Professional certification in design or digital media is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 – 4 years of proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in real estate, advertising, or creative media.
• Experience designing for both print and digital media.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong visual and creative skills with attention to detail and originality.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout composition.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Motion graphics, video editing, and photography skills are a plus.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing previous projects (real estate-related work is an advantage).

Other Requirements:

• Must be innovative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Availability to work on-site and occasionally support outdoor marketing campaigns or photo shoots.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 monthly.
