This is a full-time, on-site Graphics Designer role based in Lagos.
The Graphics Designer will develop visual concepts and layouts for packaging, branding materials, marketing collateral, and digital assets aligned with TPPC’s sustainability-focused brand.
Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining graphic designs, logos, and icons; selecting and applying typography; and ensuring consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and production teams to translate briefs into compelling, print-ready designs that meet technical specifications and timelines.
The Graphics Designer will also prepare files for print, coordinate with vendors as needed, and contribute creative ideas to support new product launches and campaigns.
Qualifications
Strong graphic design skills, including Graphics, Graphic Design, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience in Logo Design and Branding, with the ability to create and maintain cohesive visual identities across packaging and marketing materials.
Proficient Typography skills, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for both print and digital applications.
Portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality design work, preferably with examples of packaging or sustainable product design.
Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong attention to detail, print production knowledge, and readiness to work on-site in Lagos.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Interest in sustainability and environmentally responsible design is a strong advantage
