Graphics Designer at Rexobe Consult

 We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling, excellent design skills, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with various departments to produce high-quality designs for print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design Creation

• Develop visually appealing designs for marketing materials, social media content, websites, brochures, banners, presentations, and more.

Brand Consistency:

•  Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity, guidelines, and objectives.

Concept Development:

• Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas to meet project requirements.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to produce cohesive campaigns.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Research and Innovation:

•  Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company’s designs fresh and competitive.

Editing and Feedback:

• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure the final output meets expectations.

File Preparation:

• Prepare and deliver print-ready and web-ready files as needed for production or digital use.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education:Recognized Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects.

Technical Skills:

•    Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
•    Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
• Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop unique concepts.
• Attention to Detail:Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and color coordination.
• Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for discussing ideas and presenting designs.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, work under tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to incorporate feedback and adjust designs accordingly.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Experience with web design and basic HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools.
• Photography and photo editing skills.

Work Environment

• This position can be in-office, hybrid, or remote, depending on company policies.
• May involve occasional travel for events, photoshoots, or client meetings.
