Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and have experience in creating visually compelling graphics for various platforms.
• You will collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to produce high-quality designs that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website content, marketing materials, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software to continuously enhance skills and creativity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 3 - 6 years proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design software such as Canva, figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Familiarity with web design and user experience (UX) principles.
