    Graphics Designer

    Job Summary

    •  As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials, both in print and digital formats.
    • You will collaborate with the team to develop effective visual communication strategies that align with our brand identity and objectives.
    • The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for real estate.

    Responsibilities

    • Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, and other promotional materials.
    • Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and objectives.
    • Develop creative concepts and design layouts that effectively communicate the company's message and brand identity.
    • Update social media accounts with pictures
    • Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs.
    • Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's visual guidelines and brand standards.
    • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor designs to stay up-to-date with current design practices.
    • Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and other suppliers to ensure the production of high-quality printed materials.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Provide support in designing presentations, infographics, and other visual aids as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
    • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
    • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design principles, and visual hierarchy.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of printing processes and specifications for various marketing materials.
    • Familiarity with real estate industry trends and design practices is a plus.
    • Must be able to produce a recent portfolio.
