Graphics Designer at Emerging Homeland Development Company Limited

JOB SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content to communicate Emerging Homeland Development Limited\\\'s brand identity. Their role is to captivate and resonate with our audience and key stakeholders on various platforms from social media, print, and other digital products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Research, conceptualize, and design social media content, marketing materials, and digital assets that elevate the brand’s visual standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop creative concepts and narratives that highlight the unique features of Homeland.Africa’s projects and initiatives.
• Produce high-quality deliverables using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant software.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all digital and print channels.
• Develop innovative visual concepts to enhance audience engagement and brand recognition.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand’s visuals fresh and relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably within the real estate, construction, or SaaS industries.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including branding, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and other relevant software.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Creative, innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating design skills and creativity.
