Graphics Designer / Cinematographer at Efficacy Construction Company

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years proven experience as a Graphics Designer & Cinematographer, preferably within the real estate sector
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Da Vinci) etc. and video editing software’s
• Proficiency in Camera Operation, Cinematography, Video Production and Lighting skills
• Experience in creating visually compelling content
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members
• A good understanding of real estate marketing trends and the ability to create compelling visuals that resonate with potential buyers and investors.
