Job Description

• As a graphic artist, you will be responsible for creating commercial and non-commercial visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate clients and consumers.
• You will work closely with clients to determine their needs, and then create designs that meet their specifications while effectively communicating the intended message.
• As the production lead in the large-format unit, your primary responsibility is to oversee the entire production process, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• You will work closely with the business team which you are also a member to understand customer requirements and will be responsible for developing production plans that can meet these requirements while utilizing the available resources effectively.

Your duties will include:

• Planning and scheduling the production process
• Overseeing the printing, finishing, packing, and delivery of products
• Ensuring that quality standards are met at every stage of the production process
• Managing staff and resources to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Maintaining accurate records of production data and ensuring that reports are completed in a timely manner
• Communicating with customers and sales teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to their satisfaction.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with relevant work experience.
