Graphic Designer / Videographer at Esetech

We are seeking a highly skilled Videographer/Graphics Designer to take ownership of end-to-end video and graphics production, from initial concept development through final delivery. This role requires a combination of advanced shooting and editing expertise, strong creative judgment, and the ability to manage stakeholders proactively while delivering high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full video production process, including planning, filming, editing, and final delivery, ensuring all work meets studio quality standards.
• Personally shoot and edit assigned video projects, maintaining ownership of creative execution from start to finish.
• Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and proactively identifying potential risks before they affect delivery.
• Contribute creative ideas, new formats, and innovative approaches to enhance the studio’s video production capabilities.
• Support the growth of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, sound, and editing.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate concepts and written content into engaging visual and video outputs.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• BA/BSc/HND in any discipline.
• Two to five years of relevant experience in both graphic design and videography/video editing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both design work and video productions.
• the production team by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
