We are in search of a highly creative and motivated Graphic/Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visually appealing graphics and illustrations across various mediums. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to deliver compelling visual assets that align with brand guidelines, project objectives, and target audiences.
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years of professional experience working as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across multiple mediums.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation design.
Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Solid background and experience in print-related design projects.
Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs to meet client and project objectives.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences.
Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs for marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, and print collateral.
Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
Execute design projects with high-quality output while meeting deadlines and project timelines.
Stay up to date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.
Communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationale clearly while incorporating feedback and revisions.
Maintain organized file structures and documentation to support efficient workflows and project management.
Apply creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
