We are looking for a Creative Graphics Designer who can bring ideas to life across digital and print. You will work closely with our creative, tech, and people teams to create designs that connect with people, help tell our story, and make our brand look great.
Responsibilities:
Design a wide variety of designs: Create engaging graphics for our website, social media channels, marketing emails, and digital ads.
Handle print projects: Design things like brochures, flyers, and business cards, preparing them correctly for print.
Help shape our brand: Work with our team to ensure all visuals are consistent and strengthen our brand identity.
Manage your projects: Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines.
Create simple motion graphics: Develop engaging short-form animations and video edits for social media (Reels, TikTok, etc.) and the website.
Stay on top of trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our visuals feel fresh and modern.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a design role.
A solid portfolio that shows your design skills and creativity.
Proficiency with standard design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and InDesign.
Motion graphics or video editing skills.
A good eye for layout, colour and typography
Must have skills
The ability to take feedback and turn it into a better design.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
