Graphic Designer at Persianas Retail Limited

Job Description

• The Graphic Designer will develop and execute visual concepts that strengthen brand identity and support marketing initiatives across PRL, Persianas Group, The Mix, and associated retail brands.
• Working closely with the Senior Graphics Designer, this role delivers high-quality creative assets for digital, print, merchandising, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling designs for branding, advertising, social media, web, print, and merchandise.
• Support development and refinement of brand guidelines and key brand assets.
• Collaborate on major Group-level projects and ensure visual consistency across all brands.
• Produce visual merchandising concepts, POS materials, mood boards, and post-shoot image edits.
• Prepare print-ready files and maintain accuracy through proofreading and quality checks.
• Manage multiple design projects, incorporating stakeholder feedback and meeting tight deadlines.
• Guide internal teams on visual communication best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years’ graphic design experience, ideally in retail or a fast-paced consumer environment.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, plus PowerPoint/Keynote.
• Strong creativity, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
