About the Role

• We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that communicate our brand’s identity and enhance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative materials for digital platforms, print media, property brochures, outdoor advertising, social media campaigns, and email newsletters.
• Design and edit visuals for property listings, virtual tours, presentations, and corporate communications.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
• Use photo manipulation and image retouching techniques to create polished, professional visuals that highlight properties and brand assets.
• Develop motion graphics and short animations for social media, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• 1-2 years proven experience as a Creative Designer, preferably proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of print, digital, and motion design projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
