Graphic Designer at Beacon Power Services

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a talented and creative Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our team.
• As a graphic designer, you will work closely with our marketing and communications team to develop creative and effective visual designs that communicate our brand message and values.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand brand values, positioning, and messaging
• Develop creative and innovative visual designs for various marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, social media graphics, website designs, etc.
• Design and create infographics, charts, and other visual elements that are consistent with the brand identity
• Create and present design concepts and ideas to the marketing and communications team for approval
• Work with external vendors and partners to ensure that all designs meet brand standards and guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards

Requirements:

• A degree in graphic design or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
