Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, and print materials.
• Edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events, advertisements, and corporate communications.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects where required.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop creative concepts and campaign materials.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with the company's brand identity and guidelines.
• Capture and edit photos and videos for promotional and corporate purposes when required.
• Design marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, banners, infographics, and other promotional materials.
• Optimize content for various digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital content creation.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Organize and maintain the company's digital asset library.
• Perform other creative and branding tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field. Relevant experience with a strong portfolio may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design and editing software.
• Experience using Canva and CapCut is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography is desirable.
• Understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
