Grants Officer at Plan International

The opportunity

The purpose of this role is to support the grant administration, coordination, and management of NHF-funded projects.

About You

• We are looking for applicant with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Development Studies, Business Studies, or Social Science.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in International Affairs, Development, or related subject will be an added advantage. NYSC discharged or certificate of exemption is compulsory.
• The preferred candidate should possess at least a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience working in project and/or Grants Management. Experience working with multi-donor projects and ability to develop and interpret donor budgets.
• The candidate should be knowledgeable about donor funding regulations, procedures and reporting requirements. S/he must possess strong ability to work independently, organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to details.   
• Works well and promotes teamwork, comfortable in a multi-cultural environment, flexible and able to handle pressure well.         

Languages: Excellent command of English language.
