    Grant Finance Officer

    Purpose:

    • To support financial oversight, grant accounting, and budget management for assigned donor projects, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day financial operations for grants valued up to$1m.
    • Review and post expenditures, ensuring compliance with donor and internal policies.
    • Prepare monthly grant financial reports and variance analyses.
    • Support partners with financial monitoring and reporting.
    • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost allocation.
    • Participate in grant close-out and audit support.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
    • 3–5 years’ experience in NGO or donor-funded project accounting.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
    • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
