    Graduate Training Engineer - Mechanical Engineering (Machine Specialist)

    Job Summary

    • We're seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Engineer to join our graduate training program in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Machinist Specialist.
    • As a Graduate Training Engineer, you'll work on designing, developing, and testing machine tools and components, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and Development: Assist in designing and developing machine tools and components, including CNC machines and precision engineering components.
    • Machining and Fabrication: Participate in machining and fabrication of components, using CNC machines and manual machining techniques.
    • Testing and Validation: Test and validate machine tools and components, analyzing performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure seamless integration of machined components.
    • Continuous Learning: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in mechanical engineering and machining technology.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • Strong academic record and a passion for mechanical engineering.
    • Knowledge of machining principles and practices..
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    Work Environment:

    • Manufacturing facility or machine shop.
    • Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering solutions.

    Desirable Skills:
