About the Program

Our client is a finance and asset management company. The company’s Graduate Trainee Program is designed for ambitious individuals with strong quantitative backgrounds. Over the course of the program, you will rotate through key departments, gain hands-on experience, and work closely with experienced professionals who will mentor and support your development.

This is your opportunity to develop critical skills in portfolio management, investment research, financial modelling, and risk analysis — while contributing to high-impact work that shapes the organization’s investment strategies and client outcomes.
 

What you’ll do

• Conduct in-depth financial and market analysis to support investment decisions
• Assist with portfolio construction, monitoring, and performance reporting
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and data tools
• Research asset classes, sectors, and macroeconomic trends
• Contribute to investment presentations, pitchbooks, and client reports
• Collaborate with teams in finance, risk, compliance, and operations
• In training sessions, mentorship programs, and cross-functional projects

Are you the one?

• A recent Bachelor’s graduate in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or other numeracy-related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Eagerness to learn, with a keen interest in financial markets and investment strategy
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
