• Our Graduate Trainee-Strategy Program is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals (1 to 3 years of experience) seeking to build a career in strategy, consulting, and business analysis. This intensive 12-month program will provide hands-on experience in management consulting, business strategy, data analytics, and AI-driven decision-making, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent Strategy Associate role upon successful completion.
• Participants will work alongside the Strategy Manager, gaining exposure to high-impact projects, executive-level decision-making, and digital transformation initiatives across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Support

• Assist in developing business strategies, market entry plans, and competitive positioning frameworks.
• Support in conducting research, market analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to the development of reports and presentations for senior executives and clients.

AI & Data Literacy Development

• Learn to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Deepseek, Copilot) for tasks like report drafting, proposal writing and trend analysis.
• Help build basic dashboards to track KPIs and project outcomes.

Operational Efficiency

• Collaborate on cost-saving initiatives and workflow automation pilots.
• Document best practices and process improvements.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Prepare presentations and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings to observe consulting methodologies.

Collaborative Problem-Solving

• Work with cross-functional teams to address business challenges (e.g., customer retention, market research).

Mandatory Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields (graduated within the last 3 years).
• Experience: 1–3 years of work/internship experience. Fresh graduates with demonstrable curiosity in strategy are encouraged.

Technical Skills:

• Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Interest in AI applications for business.
