Job Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Graduate Trainee to join our Human Resources team. will assist with various HR functions, including employee onboarding, documentation, HR compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
• This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience togrow within the Human Resources field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
