    Graduate Trainee (Human Resource & Quality Control)

    Job Purpose

    We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program in Human Resources and Quality Control. The program is designed to provide hands-on experience, structured training, and mentorship, equipping successful candidates with the skills and knowledge required to build a career in the manufacturing industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Participate in a structured rotation across Human Resources and Quality Control departments.
    • Assist in HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and policy administration.
    • Support quality control processes including product inspections, documentation, and compliance monitoring.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in both people management and production quality.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on assigned tasks and learning progress.
    • Demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving ability, and teamwork throughout the program.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Recent graduate with a BA/BSc/HND degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Quality Management, or a related field.
    • 0-2 years working experience
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
    • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
