Job Summary
- As the Graduate Trainee (Finance/Operations), you will be responsible for supporting financial and operational activities including financial analysis, data entry, account reconciliation, and reporting.
- You will also assist in day-to-day operational tasks while developing hands-on experience in the fintech industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with financial analysis, reconciliations, and preparation of reports
- Support operational processes and ensure timely data entry and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to drive efficiency across finance and operations
- Participate in training and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a science discipline or related field
- 0 - 2 years’ post-NYSC work experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
Salary
N140,000 - N160,000 / month.
