    Graduate Trainee Field Officers (Edo, Bayelsa & Owerri)

    The Graduate Trainee Field Officer will undergo structured training and field exposure to gain practical knowledge and skills in field operations, customer engagement, and business development. The role involves assisting with field activities, building client relationships, collecting data, and ensuring effective implementation of company projects and initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Participate in training sessions and field assignments to understand company processes and service delivery.
    • Support field supervisors in monitoring, coordinating, and reporting on field activities.
    • Conduct client visits, community engagement, and relationship management under supervision.
    • Assist in gathering, recording, and analyzing field data for business decision-making.
    • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures during field operations.
    • Contribute to the implementation of marketing, sales, or outreach strategies in assigned areas.
    • Prepare periodic reports on field activities and submit findings to supervisors.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve field operations.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned in line with training objectives.

    Requirements

    • 0–2 years of work experience (graduates or NYSC members encouraged to apply).
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in teams.
    • Willingness to work in the field, travel frequently, and engage with clients/customers.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable.

    • Customer relations and client servicing.
    • Data collection, analysis, and reporting.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making in field contexts.
