Job Summary

• Transnet Cloud is seeking highly motivated and talented Engineering graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program.
• This role is designed to develop future engineering leaders by providing hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to real-world projects across our operations in Lagos and Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program across various engineering functions
• Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions
• Support senior engineers in executing technical projects and daily operations
• Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare technical reports
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Continuously learn and apply new engineering concepts and technologies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer, or related field)
• Minimum of First Class or Second Class Upper Division (2:1)
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (NYSC completed)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic engineering tools/software
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
