    Graduate Trainee Electrical/Electronics

    Job Summary:

    The Graduate Trainee Electrical Engineer will undergo an intensive training program aimed at developing technical skills and practical experience in the electrical engineering field. The successful candidate will work alongside senior engineers and other team members to assist with project design, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates looking to start their career in electrical engineering.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Training and Development:
      • Participate in the company\'s structured training program, gaining hands-on experience in electrical systems, tools, and technologies.
      • Learn and apply engineering principles in real-world scenarios.
      • Engage in continuous learning through formal and informal training sessions.
    2. Support Engineering Projects:
      • Assist in the design, analysis, and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
      • Support senior engineers in evaluating electrical systems’ efficiency and performance.
      • Participate in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
    3. Testing and Troubleshooting:
      • Help with performing tests on electrical circuits, machinery, and equipment to ensure they meet safety standards.
      • Troubleshoot electrical systems and assist with identifying and resolving issues under supervision.
      • Work with the team to perform inspections and repairs when necessary.
    4. Documentation and Reporting:
      • Maintain accurate records of project progress, testing results, and engineering reports.
      • Assist in the creation and review of technical documentation, including electrical diagrams, schematics, and specifications.
      • Support the preparation of reports on the performance and safety of electrical systems.
    5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
      • Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and project teams to support ongoing projects.
      • Communicate effectively with senior engineers and management regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.
      • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvements in engineering practices.

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuit design, and control systems.
    • Good problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Some familiarity with electrical safety regulations and standards.
    • Internship or practical experience in electrical engineering (preferred but not required).
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to new challenges.
